Return Policy
When returning goods to us, please be aware of the following important details:
Return Costs and Responsibility: You are responsible for both the cost and risk associated with returning the goods to us. Kindly send the goods to the following address: Plot No. 55, Street No.2, Milkman Colony, JODHPUR. (RAJ.) -342008
Shipping Caution: We cannot accept liability for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment process. To ensure the safe return of your items, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
Proof of Return: We are unable to issue a refund until we have received the goods or have proof of their return delivery.
To ensure the eligibility of the goods for return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
The items were delivered within the last 7 days.
Everything is still in its original packaging.
The goods were damaged in transit.
We value your satisfaction and are committed to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we aim to provide the best possible service.

The following items are not returnable:
Goods manufactured to your specifications or customized.
The supply of goods that, by definition, cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiry date.
The supply of unsealed after delivery is not returnable due to health or hygiene concerns.
The delivery of goods that are inextricably mixed with other items due to their nature.
Customized wallpapers with approved digital proof by the customer can’t be returned as an out entire collection is manufactured on demand.
Refund Policies
We will refund the full amount within 10 – 15 days of receiving the returned product. There will be no transaction fees and the money will be refunded using the same payment method that you used to place the order. Please double-check that the product meets your expectations before installing it; we do not reimburse installation or any other associated costs.

Cancellation Policies
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order before your product is manufactured. There will be no cancellations once you have approved the design proof provided by our design team. Cancellations are not permitted on sample orders. All cancellations will be handled by the return policies described below. You must provide us with a clear statement of your decision to exercise your right to cancel.
